RSM's Origin Story.

Once upon a time in a mysterious land (London), Three individuals with combined experience in the Military, Prison Service and Ambulance Service having worked together within the Security industry, decided it can and will be done better. 

We saw amazing individuals who’d served, crestfallen as their skills faded and their torches dimmed in a world that only pays lip service and we decided… Nope! 

So we built RSM, a security business from the ground up but not alone. 

We reached far and wide across the military network and put teams together based on skill, aptitude, attitude and shared values. 

All those who served have a security conscious mind by default.

We nurtured an environment of belonging, understanding, loyalty and collective goals.

A place of pride and shared ownership where familiarity and familial relationships bind us together in mutual understanding.

We deployed and we proved ourselves time and again and we watched as reinvigorated and rejuvenated veterans found purpose and pride in what they were working towards.

We take the combined operational experience, training and mentality shared by all those who’ve worn a uniform in public service and we hone it, adapt it, and grow it into civilian applications.

RSM provides Static Guarding, K9, Close Protection, Covert and Overt Surveillance, Construction Security, Patrols, CCTV Operators and Behaviour Detection Officers as fully integrated teams ready for deployment.
