We exclusively recruit members of the Ex-Military and Emergency Services communities; those who have served in the public domain with pride and distinction, and whom bring their unique skill-sets, experiences and dynamic thinking into the civilian world, once their service to the uniform is complete.

There are not many places where you will find a 'Bootneck', a Paratrooper, a Submariner and an Aircraft technician, all working as one tight-knit group and on a single tasking. We bring this unique synchronicity of thinking, operating, and problem solving to any client or business we offer our services to.

We work closely with charitable organisations, such as Walking With The Wounded, Help a Squaddie, Walk Talk Action, Op Spartan and The Daparian Foundation, to actively recruit from the veterans community, but also to assist those that require additional support.

We try to incorporate all aspects that reflect common hurdles within the Veteran community, working in unison with varied organisations who specialise in these fields, to ensure a rounded package of support.
