Team Osprey are RSM's Behaviour Detection Officers (BDO's).

Officers are selected based on their aptitude and previous military experience to attend the Special Observers course.

Behavioural Detection is a key element in counter-terrorism, but can also be a key skill in the prevention of other crimes and threats.

People like to see themselves as "unreadable" but this is just not the case.

Human behaviour is predictable to the trained BDO, and with the right training and knowledge, officers can interpret behaviour to predict threats and possible danger.

BDO's are an exceptional line of defence in a world where defensive lines become ever increasingly blurred, and have a range of applications from UHNWI to mass participation events with a high profile in a target rich environment.
